In this candid video, two of the world's most iconic musicians offer a rare insight into their life, philosophy, and creative goals. This conversation between Grammy Award-winning legends A.R. Rahman and will.i.am reveals much about what artistically lies ahead for the visionary musicians, while charting responses to the emergencies faced by the globe. Both musicians have for long pushed the boundaries of music, producing timeless songs elevated in borderless production, even as they did their bit as philanthropists and mentors.

This conversation marks the beginning of a visionary, cross-cultural collaboration for the near future. The duo last united in 2014, when they collaborated on the will.i.am’s single with singer-songwriter Cody Wise, “It’s My Birthday,” which recreated Rahman’s landmark 1994 track “Urvasi Urvasi” from the Tamil film Kadhalan.
